Returns Policy

We ask that you please read and understand our return policy.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. 

 

At Labelled White we only offer store credit for RETURNS. We unfortunately do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in *original condition within those 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS are finale sale. 

Please log into your Labelled White account to request the return. 

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Original invoices must be included in your return packages. 

*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached. 

Please ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage once you drop your return off at one of our nominated drop of points. Please allow 14 working days from the date we receive your return, for us to process your refund of store credit. 

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund of store credit on the item and we will post it back to you. Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification or swimwear products.
