Delivery time frames are estimations

Orders processed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day

Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders made

Please ensure that all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly. Any parcels returned to sender due to invalid addresses may incur a charge, payable by the customer for a second shipment

All 1-2 day orders must be placed before 3pm Monday- Thursday to ensure delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

All orders placed for Saturday delivery must be placed before 3pm on Friday. (Please be made aware if this falls on a bank holiday this will be sent out then on the following Saturday).
